TDTG系列斗式提升機(jī)是一種應(yīng)用非常廣泛的機(jī)械輸送設(shè)備，其工作原理是牽引帶圍繞在頭輪和底輪之間，畚斗按一定距離固定在牽引帶上，外殼將畚斗和牽引帶密封，物料由機(jī)座進(jìn)入運(yùn)動著的料斗，沿機(jī)筒提升，在機(jī)頭處物料由料斗拋出，經(jīng)卸料管卸出機(jī)外。具有提升穩(wěn)定、占地面積小、提升高度高、密封性能好等優(yōu)點。
適用于垂直提升輸送各種粉狀、顆粒物料、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)、效率高、易維修。動力配備可根據(jù)高度匹配，頭輪采用邵氏70-80硫化膠包膠，帶有止逆裝置，機(jī)筒機(jī)制包邊，機(jī)頭出料口與機(jī)座進(jìn)料口易磨損部分加設(shè)耐磨襯板，采用強(qiáng)力皮帶與耐磨塑料畚斗。
