TGSS系列埋刮板輸送機(jī)是一種封閉的可水平、傾斜、垂直輸送粉狀、小顆粒及小塊狀物料的連續(xù)輸送設(shè)備。埋刮板輸送機(jī)是利用物料顆粒間的摩擦力大于物料與機(jī)壁間的外摩擦力的原理，使物料整體輸送。利用較矮的刮板來拖動(dòng)較高的料層。在料層高度與機(jī)槽寬度比值滿足一定的條件時(shí)使流穩(wěn)定。具有體積小、效率高、封密性能好，殼體底部采用錳板制作，鏈條采用套筒滾子鏈，導(dǎo)軌部分增加聚乙烯耐磨板。采用組合結(jié)構(gòu)，安裝維修方便。
Tgss series buried scraper conveyor is a closed continuous conveying equipment that can horizontally,obliquely and vertically convey powder,small particles and small pieces of materials.Buried scraper conveyor the conveyor uses the principle that the friction between the material particles is greater than the external friction between the material and the machine wall to transport the material as a whole.Use the lower scraper to drag the higher material layer.When the ratio of material layer height to slot width meets certain conditions,the flow will be stable.With small volume,high efficiency and good sealing performance,the bottom of the shell is made of manganese plate,the chain is made of sleeve roller chain,and the guide rail is added with polyethylene wear-resistant plate.Combined structure is adopted,which is convenient for installation and maintenance.
